Upon tailoring your outsourcing plan, the setup of your account can be completed within a period of 30 days or less. Alternatively, if you prefer to procure your own software, we offer guidance in selecting the most suitable platform for your business and will facilitate the setup of your accounts as part of our service. We typically establish one account per legal entity. However, if the entities are involved in a common business operation and reporting plan, it is possible to share a single account. Give us a call and we can provide you with a customized quote.

It is our priority to ensure that our clients are aligned with the most suitable plan for their business. Plan changes are permissible following a 30-day written notice, with a limit of two switches within a calendar year.

Our company seeks clients who are willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months to fully benefit from our services, although there is no requirement for a long-term contract. Should you wish to terminate the agreement, we kindly ask for a 30-day notice in writing. Upon receiving your notice, we will promptly process all remaining transactions, transfer all pertinent files and user access codes to you, and proceed to close your account.
